I absolutely love this place. I've been a member since January 2017 and this is the best crossfit box/family hands down! My first day there felt like home. The coaches are awesome and the atmosphere is always motivating. Love it!

5 months in and I absolutely love this place, people and programs. The facility and equipment are excellent. Christopher Snipes and Todd Springer have created a top notch program that rivals any in the world. Do yourself a favor and give it a try.
Great environment and great coaching! Every time I walk in I know I'm getting a great workout and that I am going to be motivated by everyone there. I've visited other places but this place always feels like home!
Crossfit locust grove is the best gym in Georgia, hands down! Very attentive coach, who always makes sure you're working your butt off, while also being safe! The people who workout there are the nicest, coolest, most supportive people you'll ever meet!!
I love being apart of the crossfit team at LG! Everyone is so encouraging and the trainer makes the environment fun and pushes me to do the best I can do! If your thinking about joining a gym, I would definitely choose LG Crossfit!
I've been a member with CFLG for almost 5 years and love this place. To me it's like home! We have the best coaches, the best people to workout with and I wouldn't go anywhere else.
