RecommendedCrossFit Locust Grove is the best! My husband and I have been a member here just a little over a year. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly! Form is KEY! Great Hours! I love this place . It's amazing to see what your body can do and how your mindset changes as you try new things. Not only are the workouts great, but the people are too. I couldn't image exercising anywhere else!
