We visited Crossfit OB when visiting from London. Coach Kymmi and Coach Eric were so welcoming and amazing at putting us through our paces while having fun! This truly is San Diego's friendliest gym. Wish we could go back! Thanks for everything guys :-) Amber and Suzanne

Love this place! Engaged coaches, great programming and wonderful community.
Friendly and fun, but always an extremely well programmed lifting and wod session any day of the week. Small groups equal coaches with time to help you perfect your OLY technique and push you when the wod is kicking your a**. CFOB has become my second home and I can't imagine being at any other box! Eric, Chad and Kymmi are amazing!!
A great fitness community for all levels. Crossfit can be really intimating, but CrossfitOB is really welcoming and everyone is just awesome. Love the team like vibes!!!
