You'll leave with both a great workout and a positive experience. If you're looking for a gym that offers programmed workouts and dedicated coaching, CrossFit Mudtown is an excellent choice.
I was in town for work and needed a place to drop in. I had contacted a different gym but didn’t get great communication and I luckily found CF Mudtown. Casey was easy to communicate with regarding their drop-in process and the gym was easy to find. Class started on time and utilized a strength and WOD component which I like.
