Dropped in while on vacation in Key West…great facility, very welcoming, and solid coaching! Reached out prior to visiting and heard back from Jeff very quickly! Highly recommend if you’re in the area!!
I have stopped in for a few Crossfit workouts each year, at mile zero, for the past 5 years, as a drop in from NJ. Coaches are very welcoming to get you started in the workout. I am a Sr athlete but never felt out of place. They even scored me for the Open a few times. Athletes of all abilities and ages, doing what we enjoy, a good workout.
Participating in the open while traveling can be hit or miss. Unless you go to CrossFit Mile Zero. Such a welcoming group of friendly people, and an excellent facility. Highly recommended!
If you live in Key West or visiting while on vacation this is the place to get a great workout with exceptional coaches and great atmosphere. They offer military and law enforcement discounts. Thank you for the two weeks of WOD’s.
I really enjoy dropping in at local boxes when traveling. CrossFit Mile Zero is one of the best I’ve visited. Great coaches, equipment and energy. They also have a great selection of shirts and sizes. Highly recommend!
