Had the privilege of working out at CrossFit Mile Zero for about 4 months while I was staying in the area. The coaches are SO friendly and helpful, the workouts are challenging and varied, and the community is welcoming. Highly recommend!
I was the Keys for vacation. Called when I got down there with the hopes of joining some workouts. Hoping to do similar workouts I do back in Wisconsin. When I called the number on the website, it went straight to voicemail. Never received a call back. I thought maybe the place shut down or something. Either way would have loved to give it a try. Maybe it's my fault for not calling a week in advance? Oh well. Next time I guess....
Dropped into CrossFit Mile Zero while vacationing. I was able to check-in & complete a waiver all online (5 stars)! I joined the 6 am class and was greeted by name by the 5 am coach, AJ (another 5 stars)! Coach Kat led the 6 am class & provided a great warm up and coaching cues for the squat clean which was the strength portion of the class. Came in for a drop in while I was in town and had an awesome class! The coach was super welcoming and the members were as well pushing me to keep going! Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for a great community that trains hard!
