Just attended an OLY seminar at Miami Lakes CrossFit. What an incredible facility. The owner Chris was friendly and welcoming, and more importantly encouraging. Just a regular guy but also a badass athlete. By the end of the day I left stronger, and with a bunch of new friends (and a Miami box to wod at if I'm ever in town). Highly recommended!
Brutal but awesome. Coaches are great, very detailed in the workouts. Can't wait till next class!! WOD!!!
