My wife and I just joined Crossfit Miami Lakes a month ago. The entire team welcomed us as of we have been there for years. Coach Darryl and Coach Chris are Top Notch Coaches. The time they spend coaching you through the fundamentals of the movements is key to my decision to join. The entire staff knows what they are doing and you can tell they are all aligned in their philosophies. I highly recommend this box!
