I visited the box to get a t-shirt and the people was awesome!!! Great box community keep it up guys ..next time I go back to Miami I will definitely visit this box again

I have worked out at a few different Crossfit boxes all over Miami, but CFML definitely takes the cake for me. Amazing coaching, large/clean facility, and top of the line equipment. Best part - everyone at the gym is like family.
I started crossfit about a week ago and I feel great. My friend suggested I should try it out and it was the best decision I've made in a while. Everyone there is so friendly and make you feel comfortable. They pushed me to do things that I didn't even think I could. Love this place!!
