Loved dropping into this box for 2 sessions. As a competitive crossfitter, I hate missing out on a good Wod while traveling and also can't stand paying a drop in fee for a subpar wod. Here at Crossfit MIA - I found great coaches, an awesome community and 2 different wods that kicked my butt! Thanks a lot guys! Hope to be back next time I'm in the area!
