good trainers, nice members - but for $175/month it should be easier to work out. If you don't book your classes (and you can't work out without booking a class in advance) several days before you plan on attending, don't count on getting into a class that fits with your schedule. And you're picking from a limited class schedule already. So plan on ducking out of work (if you're lucky enough to have a job that allows that) during the middle of the day, or plan on frustration. Work Outs: Hard as all hell, but you feel the burn, can adjust for skill level if necessary, and the trainers work on form with you. You begin each class with a 5-10 min warm up, progress to a 15-20 min lift/skill usually involving weights, then a mind-blowing cardio (timed or as many reps as possible) for max 30 min.
