Love this box! I go whenever I'm back in town visiting my parents. The coaching is excellent for all skill levels and they have one of the most friendly atmospheres of any box I've been in! (I travel a lot for work so I've been in quite a few). I've brought several friends and family members who are completely new to crossfit there for their first experience and every one has felt comfortable being coached through new movement and had a lot of fun with it. It's hard to find a gym where the coaches are so incredibly present that they seem to know your abilities and limitations better than yourself. This gym has become an extension of my family and the sense of community and support here is palpable. People introduce themselves, shake your hand, cheer you on and take a genuine interest in who you are.
Love the atmosphere at Crossfit Mad Hatter. A diverse group of athletes, accommodating various skill and endurance levels. Stronger then I thought I was, as their motto states, "Accept no limits."
