Called Josh a week in advance to see if they allow drop ins and he gave me the scoop of what I can expect and welcomes drop ins. Josh and company have developed a welcoming place to come and improve yourself. I felt like part of the family as soon as I walked in on my first day and have seen my strength and endurance improve with each workout. I without a doubt recommend this box to anyone looking to get better and make some friends along the way.
I wanted to get back into the gym and try CrossFit for the first time. I came across CrossFit Mad Hatter and figured I give it a try. So happy that I did, because it is a friendly small feel box where everyone motivates each other to do their best. The owner Josh will push you to exceed the limits that you think you have.
