I was very intimidated by CrossFit before joining CFLC, but there's no place I'd rather be for my fitness goals now! The owners and coaches really care about their athletes and encourage every level and every goal each one has. I'm thankful I took the plunge and tried it. And they're fun to hang out with outside of the "box" too!

Awesome coaches and friendly members made crossfit little creek a solid gym. They work with you from where you are comfortable and are always striving for improvement :)

I can't really put into words how amazing this place is, you just need to experience it for yourself. The people (coaches and athletes) truly make this place what it is... the best! (although tough yet fun programming and constant support and encouragement aren't far behind). If you want to challenge yourself and discover your true potential, this is the place for you.
