We are CrossFit Little Creek. We specialize in delivering results for all ability levels, young and old, experienced and beginners. Specifically, we strive to deliver a fitness program based on everyday functional movements, with constant variation and high intensity. This allows us to maximize the General Physical Preparedness of our members, so that they may more readily enjoy all aspects of life outside the gym (plus, they have a darned good time inside the gym too!)
