What an amazing experience!! The trainer was professional, the team was supportive. I'm truly impressed by the size of the gym and how much Crossfit equipment is available for the members, by far the cleanest I ever seen!!!
Had my first class tonight with Ryan! Definitely a good time. You can come in and have never worked out in your life and they still make you feel as if you are a part of the team. If you cant keep up with the rest of the class, thats okay because the coaches there tell you what to do to your potential. You still get a killer workout! Plus its like having a personal trainer without having to pay so much!
Amazing facility with great coaching and programming. One of my favorite places to drop in.
