Our workouts use functional movements that you use daily and we vary what we do so we're ready to preform any task we might encounter out in the real world. From your very first step through the container doors, you'll realize we're all about the success of our members. Here are CrossFit KLEW, we are fully equipped with men's and women's locker rooms including showers.

I joined Crossfit KLEW about a month ago and I am hooked! Words cannot even begin to explain how amazing this place is. The owner and coaches are unbelievably personable, passionate, and knowledgeable. They always put 110% into every class, while paying close attention to each and every athlete.
