Our workouts use functional movements that you use daily and we vary what we do so we're ready to preform any task we might encounter out in the real world. From your very first step through the container doors, you'll realize we're all about the success of our members. I've been at Klew almost a month now, and I'm LOVING it here! I transferred from another local box due to work schedules and commuting issues, and I have zero complaints (except that the ginormous white board is so far away during workouts and I can never remember all the pieces of the wod! �). The facility is TOP KNOTCH, my 4:30 PM crew is awesome, and the coaching staff is great! LOVE my new box!!
Top notch facility with excellent coaching! As a drop in I felt very welcomed and will definitely be back.
