I started doing crossfit 6 years ago when I went to college in miami and was forced to go during summer practices for cheerleading. It was the best experience of my life and then I had to move back to orlando. I felt I was part of the best gym in miami and constantly comparing gyms here to the one I used to be a part of. Since day 1 of my jumpstart classes with crossfit kings has been amazing. Ashley, Zach, Houston, etc are excellent coaches. This place make me feel at home and i felt very welcomed. Every day in class I received the attention I need. You guys are rock!!. Your team and staff are very proffesional and they really care about me. My motivation is high!
