Dropped in here and the process couldn't be easier. Great box all around from what I can tell. Solid equipment, size, coaching, and athletes. Class was real small today and Coach Zach decided to do the brutal partner wod with me so I didn't have to go at it alone. After we chatted, he assessed my movement/abilities and said let's get after it. He pushed and motivated me the entire time. Best way to start the day no doubt is right here!
Fantastic facility and enjoyed the WOD. Would recommend to anyone traveling in the area.
