My wife and I stopped in on a Saturday morning WOD as we like to hit up other CrossFit gyms when traveling and we were impressed by the trainer/owner's(Meghan) knowledge of movements and body function during every aspect of a certain lift. The staff and facilities were very professional and all of the members there were very friendly as well . We live in Columbia SC, but if we lived in Jacksonville, we would definitely go to CrossFit JAX. We highly recommend them!

I've been coming to this "box" for just over a month now and I'm very happy I signed up. Not only are the couches are very knowledgeable and professional, they actually care about you. Like many others, I was worried about joining a crossfit gym after all the negative information out there, but I'm very happy I made the leap of faith. If you're on the fence about crossfit, I highly recommend you come in and meet everyone. It might just change your life.

Here are your purists. The ones who hold steadfast to the original CrossFit model. Their programming sticks to the effective - and elegant - couplet or triplet WOD, that allows plenty of time for coaching of technique. They actively educate their members ("Where is your midline activating?" "What do you see that is different here?") and take precaution when mobilizing them both before and after the workout.
