Great place to drop in. Everyone was welcoming. Coach Ross and I grew up 20 miles from each other in Ohio. Small world. I also PR'd my box jump. :)
I've been to many crossfit gyms all over the country for the past 4 years. The facility, culture and trainers are by far the best I've ever experienced. If you are looking to start or improve on your fitness at ANY level this is the place to go.

Super nice place! Clean, bathrooms. Looks like great equipment. Close to Jax Mayport where my son was previously stationed. Hose out back a plus when you're cooking at a box!!! Nice WOD booklet. Thanks for having us!

I dropped in to Crossfit JAX for two weeks while on a business trip. The community in this box is full of friendly and inspiring people. The coaching staff was excellent and I will definitely be dropping in again during future business trips!!
