Nothing is better than going to the gym and actually having fun while working out. I don't like those globo gyms like 24hour or LA fitness because you don't get the guidance. It's great to get physically fit with some really nice people. Everyone should try it out just to experience the difference. This is a better way to lose weight, build endurance, and maintain muscle. Facility is roomy, well organized and stocked. Atmosphere is welcoming, and the coaching is top notch!
This box will always have a special place in my heart. All the coaches are extremely helpful and make you feel comfortable from day one. If I still lived in the area I would be there every day!
