Been coming here (on and off) for a few years now and still one of my favorite places to work out! Not to mention the staff is always amazing and so fun to be around! CFI definitely has a warm and inviting atmosphere for athletes of all levels!

I joined this box back in January 2016 to train for a 60 hour endurance event coming up later that year. I am so glad I joined this box! Not only did I complete that 60-hour event (hiked 75+ miles with heavy rucksacks) and become much stronger at this box, but I met people who challenged me, motivated me, and pushed me to be better every day.
