This place is all around awesome! I was new to crossfit and the trainers have been right there at each WOD ensuring I was able to complete the movements properly.
CFH was my first crossfit experience and I was so lucky to have found such a great box. Every instructor was more than helpful and genuinely cared about my improvement day to day. CFH treated me like family and sparked my love for working out and making myself a healthier, stronger, and overall better person. I am sad that I had to move away after 5 great months and can only hope to be lucky enough find another box that will even come close how great CFH was.
