We love Crossfit Heights! When moving to the area we had to find a new box. Heights made us feel so welcome and we just fit right in! The coaches are great and everyone is always pushing you to do your best!
The professionalism at this place is second to none. Great coaches and everyone in the gym keeps everyone motivated. We love that the children have a place to hang out also! My wife and I are very pleased.

One of the best decisions I've made was to try crossfit at Crossfit Heights! The staff pushes you beyond your limits and gives terrific instruction. What can I say, great people at a great gym. If I could give more stars I would!!
Great gym, great coaches, great members! Plenty of time slots to get your workout in, showers and lockers, plenty of space, and it’s kept cleaned up! They will push you to be better every day!

I absolutely love it here! They were so patient with me and taught me all the moves, they have also taught me to challenge myself beyond what I thought possible. I would HIGHLY recommend crossfit heights to ANYONE even if you think that crossfit isn't for you! You'll soon be hooked!
