I've been at CFG for over 3 years, easily one of the best decisions I've made in my life, no exaggeration. I love that I can get in, have a great work out and get out. I don't have to think about what I'm going to do, just follow the programming, do it and get out. Also, don't get caught up in the mindset that you can't do the movements that you see on TV. CFG has friendly and knowledgeable coaches! Their workout programming is interesting and diverse and is very effective at growing strength and overall fitness. Gym members are friendly and supportive too!

I really enjoyed my experience at CrossFit Glendora. They are very welcoming and so close to my graduate school. The coaches are flexible and accommodating. I recommend stopping by and checking them out!!

I've been crossfitting for 13 months. While traveling through California I had the pleasure of coming across this box for 20.4. Great gym that is welcoming and well maintain with knowledgeable coaches. Thanks for having me
