I am in town visiting family and was looking for a box to drop in at, glad I chose CrossFit Full Strength! Nice facility and equipment, friendly people and an awesome coach that gave me some good pointers. Hit what I thought was my 1 rep max clean for 2! Definitely recommend this box!
Reputable coaching. Excellent programming that's scaleable for all athletic levels. Friendly community. Clean, organized, big space with plenty of high-quality equipment.
Dropped in while I was vacationing his November from MN, and was welcomed by a great group, put through an awesome WOD and coached by great staff! (Thanks Paul!) would definitely suggest stopping in - especially if you're nervous. Super welcoming group!

I travel a lot with my job and I found myself in Phoenix area this week. I definitely found my local box when I dropped in at Crossfit Full Strength. Emily and fellow athletes made me feel right at home. Great instruction and push to get me through a grueling 30min Amrap. I strongly recommend this Box!!
