Made me feel like home as soon as I got there! Came out to phoenix from Detroit to visit family and they welcomed me like I was one of there own :)
Great Gym with some great coaches. Had the privilege of doing 15.1 and 15.1A there this afternoon.
Great coaching and amazing crossfitters. I travel a lot and drop in to various boxes. This gas raw gritty old school flavor. They want to push you and I love it.
