Great people, very welcoming and superb equipment.
I have traveled to quite a few crossfit boxes and this one is one of the best I have found on the road. Their programming is solid and challenging. Very knowledgeable coaches. Excellent facility that was exceptionally clean and had plenty of space and equipment. Very welcoming members. Highly recommend if you are in the Nashville area and need to get some workouts in.

Dropped in a couple of days while in Nashville for work. Everyone was so friendly, received superior coaching and inspiration. Will definitely return on my next business trip to keep my training regimen alive and learn something new.
