RecommendedI dropped in on a Monday evening while working out of town. Everyone at CrossFit Forte made me feel welcome. Coach Sarah did an awesome job coaching and encouraging through the WOD. The facility was very clean and well taken care of. They have plenty of equipment and lots of space. I will definitely drop in again when I’m the area.

I am not a great ‘exerciser.’ Consistency has always been an issue – along with boredom. That being said, the fact that I have been a member of CrossFit Forte for almost seven years is a pretty impressive testament from a 48 year old who, before this, has never had reason to commit to a gym. Dropped in this morning & was welcomed with open arms! Great coaching & the members treated me like one of the family. Definitely coming back when I’m in the area again!
Participated in the Granite Games competition. It was organized, professional and all heats ran on time. All the volunteers were extremely helpful and friendly. This was our second competition at this gym and had a great time both times. Thank you CrossFit Forte
