I had an amazing time dropping in here. The community has everything you're missing from your box back home!! Excellent facility, great coaching, solid programming... If you're in the area stop here.
I did a drop in session while on vaca and everyone was so welcoming and friendly! I felt right at home!
My boyfriend and I dropped in here while on vacation and immediately felt super comfortable and welcome. Jake greeted us as soon as we walked in the door and gave us a quick tour of their beautiful and clean facility. The members were extremely helpful and friendly and the workout was killer - what more could you want? If you’re in Nashville, definitely check out this box, you won’t regret it!!
