I've been coming for 6+ months now and love it! Love the coaches, love the community, and love the workouts!
Visited in June of 2015, just a normal vacation to Nashville, and found a great box. These coaches aren't just trying to punch a clock and get through a class, they CARE!! Greatest crossfit experience (community) I've had outside my home box for sure!! If I'm ever back in the area, I'll be throwin down with these folks.
