Great coaching, especially like the weightlifting progressions they use to help you get stronger. And the WODs will often incorporate some aspect linked to that day's weightlifting component, so that the conditioning workout helps to reinforce the weightlifting workout. Just seems better thought-out than some of the workouts I've done at other gyms. It's also a great community of fellow members, very supportive of each other working towards our goals.
