great place, encouraging coach and they emphasize on safety making sure you get the form correctly.
Did the trial class a couple days ago. Entirely new to Crossfit, but Mark was awesome and the others in the class were quick to step in and help me with little issues I was having. Made me feel at home really quickly despite being super nervous. Finished the WOD and immediately signed up to jump on board!
The people are absolutely the kindest, welcoming and friendly. The box and coaching is A1, and the proof is in their athletes they have created
