Can’t say enough positive things about this box. Coaching is on point and the supportive members keep me motivated. In my opinion what makes a CrossFit box “attractive” is the coaching, a welcoming/encouraging community, and results. 5 stars across the board.

Never thought Id ever get into crossfit was welcomed with open arms like a family member loved it since day one. Great coaches who guide and help you to your ability for whatever you goal is. Just an awesome family!
The original CrossFit in Kaufman county, Mark and his staff are super knowledgeable and very welcoming! 10/10 you will get a great workout here.
Everyone is so friendly and encouraging. They challenge you but can scale every exercise to your fitness level and ability. Very family oriented!
