Great place to work out! The coaches are very encouraging and knowledgeable.
Been coming just over a week now, and have had the chance to work with most (maybe all?) of the trainers and regular class attendees. Every single one of them has been encouraging, knowledgeable, helpful, and positive! Great experience, definitely have found my Crossfit home.
