If you're looking to get into CrossFit, I'll tell you right now. There is no better place to start than at CrossFit Federal Way. The trainers are amazing and fun and active and knowledgable. The community is equally, I not, more amazing. I have never in my life felt such a positive and healthy connection before I came here. The people of CrossFit Federal Way have become my mentors, my friends, and my second family. I can't emphasize enough how great this place is. Stop by!

I've been going to CFFW for about a month now and I have nothing but good things to say! The members are very welcoming and the workouts are structured and explained very well. If you want to get in the best shape of your life and make some friends along the way, check them out!
I've only been going for 2 weeks now, but it's by far the best place to workout. Everyone helps everyone out, gives people suggestions to help them improve and are great people to be around. Trainers are top notch and always ready to help you be the best you can!
