Dropped in from out of town, made me feel welcome, awesome experience.
It's daunting being a new member to any sort of group (especially if you don't really have a clue whats going on). I have had very good experiences with the 10am weekday classes, not too crowded and they have multiple coaches at this time. I feel alot more comfortable and continue to see familiar faces so its becoming something I look forward to (kind of) vs. trying to talk myself into just going back to a regular way gym full-time. I've been coming here for 4 years- since my daughter got me a month for Christmas in 2012. Encouraging, knowledgeable coaches; friendly fitness community. I am challenged here, but also respected to know my limits.
