First off, if you're in the area of Endure and looking for better fitness, you'll not find anything better than CrossFit. As for this box, it's pretty good and will work for all your fitness needs. Clean and well maintained. Well equipped and the members are ok friendly, not very welcoming. Training seems to be mediocre, but that average CF training will get you in better shape then the best of other training. Just get in there and get fit!
I was looking for a place where someone will tell me what to do and I’ll just follow. I did traditional weightlifting for years but after a baby break, I just couldn’t imagine spending all that time myself in a gym. CF Endure was perfectly located on my way to home from work. I called, the owner answered and I had a free week pass just like that. I showed up and literally everyone in the gym introduced themselves to me and praised me for taking the first step. My family is in the area for a week, so I did a drop-in at the gym and loved the atmosphere! The owner, Saye, does a great job getting everyone involved and she is definitely well-versed in coaching. Excellent selection and pricing is comparably outstanding!
Amazing facility. Was here for a course and was really impressed with the quality of this box. I’d definitely be a member if I lived here.
I started here about a month ago and absolutely love this place the atmosphere, the people here are very encouraging. Everyday is a new challenge to try.
