I began CrossFit 2.5 years ago with Luke. After the first day, I was hooked! I'm now 40 and feel great. The workouts are challenging but will keep you coming back for more. The Roberts are fantastic coaches and can help anyone reach their fitness goals.

Luke is a a certified badass. Team of coaches are amazing too. You'd have to be stupid to not go to elevate
