RecommendedGreat work out. For 45 minute we do a number of exercises that stretch us to the limit, never beyond the possible. This is very effective. I finish exhausted and sweating more than I ever had. I just finished my 4th session and I haven’t repeated an exercise. Definitely not boring or easy. I don’t know how she knows but my coach pushes me to my limit each time. Definitely recommended
