I tried crossfit for the first time at 1420 i think it was called and I didn't really care for it. I much rather work out on my own I thought. My gf stayed with the king of cross fitters (Luke) and switched gyms when Luke and Danielle opened up Elevate. She had been going for a little while and finally got me to go try it again. One of the best gyms I been too, friendly environment , real good coaching , hats off to frank , nice set up , the wods kill me today , definitely coming back next Sunday. Not to mention the top of the line equipment , makes the wods that much better !!! As a crossfitter for couple of years now , I recommend this BOX to any body in the Katy area !!!
