My wife and I have both been going since it opened and we look forward to it everyday we go! Each training session will have you sweating, hurting, pushing and smiling. Jessie and Emily both know their stuff and will help you accomplish your CrossFit goals. I highly recommend anyone to come visit whether you're experienced or just beginning. You're treated the same either way!
