Crossfit Edify is THE gym! No fluff. Just great people who leave the ego out of the workout. This is a great place with lots of motivation and spirit! No matter what level you're at, or what goals you have, you can count on Jesse and his team! They've got your back!

I have to give a HUGE shout out to Jessie, Emma, Marc, Malan, Austin, and every athlete that has given me encouragement since I started my crossfit journey 9 months ago. For the last 22 years, I have had problems, i.e. pain and weakness in my left knee, and because of that, I have babied it for along time, which in turn, cause me to have problems in my lower back. Crossfit Edify is amazing! I love the atmosphere and the people here are like my second family. Jessie and Emma are welcoming, supportive and willing to help at any time. All of the coaches here are incredible and very helpful and go out of their way make sure you get technique down. I would NOT go anywhere else. Crossfit has changed my life. It as made me stronger physically and mentally. I am truly blessed to be part of the Crossfit Edify family.
The Atmosphere and Vibe at Crossfit Edify is So Inspiring and Contagious .. Jessie and Emma the Owners are Amazing People and by combining their Knowledge,Work Ethic, & Family Values..
