CrossFit Edify is the place to get fit in Idaho Falls. The owners are great people, great athletes and great coaches. All the other staff is highly trained. If your looking to get fit, put in some work and get the most out of it, Edify is your place.
Great place to workout!! If you need a good sweat, this is the place. Everyone is so friendly, it's like a big family. No judging or laughing towards you. All the trainers are super nice too

The coaches greet you, and make you feel welcome by showing you how to do the warm ups, and exercises for the WODs. If you have any questions, the coaches are more than willing to help! It's definetly a place to go for growth and great instruction!
