Stopped in for a Saturday workout and the atmosphere was fantastic. Great coaches and very friendly community. Definitely would recommend to anyone who is on the eastern shore to stop in. I will drop in again when I'm back in town
Excellent atmosphere. I was very worries that I was too out of shape for crossfit. I found out immediately that I was wrong. Everything is scalable for anybody. Now going to crossfit is what I look forward to lost in my week.

Great bunch of people at this box! Very friendly and knowledgeable coaches and a welcoming community. Made this Yankee feel very at home with their Southern Hospitality. Will definitely come back next time I'm in town.
