RecommendedThis gym is unlike any other! Its been a few years since I’ve been a member here due to my military obligations. I have found through my travels and “new homes” that CFES is by far the best gym family you could have. The coaches and members make this place something I truly miss!
I’ve dropped in twice & everyone at CrossFit Eastern Shore has been very welcoming! The coaches have been great & so have the workouts! I will definitely be back when I’m in town again!
I dropped in on a Saturday while traveling. Solid programming, and the coach did a good job of leading more than 25 people through the class. Very friendly members, and a remarkably clean, kid-friendly place.
My daughter and I started here about a month ago and have nothing but good to say! Adam and the other trainers have been amazing! They work hard at making sure your working hard. The people are all very welcoming and encouraging! If you want to try CrossFit this is the place to be!
The Coaching and atmosphere is really good. The programming is both thoughtful and challenging.
My 14 year old son, Rob, has recently begun physical fitness training here, with Adam Pfaff. In just a few short weeks his confidence has soared. Adam, I can't thank you enough for the special time you have given to Rob. We already see a lift in his confidence and a much more positive attitude.
