Big thanks to Coach Ben and all of the athletes from CFD! Dropped in yesterday and had a great experience. Well run class, great tips from coach and everyone couldn’t have been more welcoming! Definitely looking forward to dropping in again in a couple of weeks when I am back in town! If you are looking for a 5-star drop in experience, look no further!
RecommendedDropped in for Oly lifting. Awesome box. Terrific energy from both the coaches and top notch instruction. I was particularly impressed with Coach Kevin who was able to put things into terms that helped a couple of concepts really click for me. I appreciated his time and attention despite the fact I was a drop in. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough good things about Crossfit Defined after dropping in from out of town! From a great space, to well written WODs and instructor led planned warm-ups, this was a great use of our time. Igor immediately made us feel like part of the team, and offered great attention to all of the members of the class. We left sweaty, happy, and with new shirts thanks to a great drop-in price ($25 with tee!). We will definitely be visiting on our next trip to Chicago!
Very positive staff, great coaching and welcoming! Will definitely revisit!
