I love and miss this place so much still. I moved to CA 6 months ago and the 4 boxes I have tried just do not measure up to CFD. It's everything in one place. Great programming, varied classes, amazing coaches. But most of all I miss the love from the community these guys have built. I was one of many athletes, but I felt cared for and pushed just enough to keep progressing without hurting myself. I am happy to have trained here
I love this place! I can't wrap my mind around how awesome this community has been to me. The coaches, the athletes, and the programming are all amazing. I'm so glad I took the step and started training here. Looking forward to many more great days here.
Absolutely love training here! From Olympic lifting, powerlifting, endurance, strength training to crossfit, they have it all and the best coaches and community to go along with it. Also a must visit for the traveling athlete!
My home away from from in which I am surrounded by some of the most knowledgeable, friendly, caring, and flat out incredible coaches I could have ever dreamed of! That and the members are just amazing! A must visit if you are in the chicagoland area!!!
