RecommendedAs a member for more than 5 years, I cannot say enough great things about this gym. The coaching staff is second to none, and it's special to go to a place where you know there is a limitless supply of knowledge as you personally progress. The coaching talent is only matched by the incredible community they have built. If you're on the fence, I'd highly recommend stopping in.

I walked in and was not greeted by anyone on my first time visit. No clue where to go or check-in, so I walked out. I didn’t find it a very welcoming environment. Edit: after a few volleys with Coach David, I am happy to say that my experience was rectified since my first visit. It’s great to have a business owner take feedback seriously and professionally. As I told him, CFD is a welcome addition to the neighborhood.

This place taught me that every body is a strong body capable of amazing things, and I couldn’t be more grateful to the CFD community for instilling that in me from day 1. Since I started training here, my confidence has skyrocketed! Thank you, CFD coaches and community - I promise I’ll be back soon!
